Delivery to the 48 contiguous United States*
We offer three shipping options within the
48 contiguous United States: standard, second-day, and overnight.
Shipping Fee: To prevent possible non-delivery and protect your
interest, we use customer confirmation service or delivery confirmation
receipt. All the packages require
customers' signature or with a delivery receipt and we are responsible for
that expense. For most
cashmere products, priority with customer confirmation (standard) $8.00,
2nd Day Shipping $12.00, Overnight $20.00. For each additional sweater in
the same address, only
$3.00 for standard priority, $4.00 for 2nd Day, $6.00 for overnight will be
added
to the total shipping fee.
Shipping Fee for Returns and
Exchanges: For returns, the shipping fee is non refundable. For
Exchanges, the shipping fee for the first exchange is free. But the guest has to pay the shipping fee
for the second exchange.
Additional Shipping
Address: In order to prevent confusion and any possible delay, separate
order for each additional address is suggested.
Prompt Shipping: The
goods will be
dispatched within 24 hours (weekday) after we receive your order. Standard shipping
usually arrives in 3-6 Business days.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska and
Hawaii require 4-6 weeks.
International Sales: At present, due to shipping
and credit card processing problems, for retail, we only sell to US customers. For international

Delivery to post office boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All
standard deliveries to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS. Please
feel free if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your
order.
